Natalie Loeb is a human resources professional with over twenty years experience in employee relations, training program design, implementation, and facilitation. Natalie specializes in working with top tier law firms and other large and mid-sized organizations that place priority on creating, enhancing and maintaining collaborative work cultures using open, candid and clear communication. From 1988 – 1997, Natalie was employed by the international law firm of Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom. At Skadden, Natalie held positions within the Human Resources department as part of the Employee Relations team and Training and Development team. Natalie had responsibility for the design, development and facilitation of professional development training programs for all levels of support and management groups. Programs included supervisory and management training, customer service training, change management, team building programs, various communication skills programs and time management seminars. Natalie played a critical role in designing and implementing Skadden University, an on-going training curriculum with programs varying each year to meet the changing needs of the 1,500-person support staff. Natalie continues to provide training and coaching services to Skadden as part of her work through Loeb Consulting Group of which she is President. Natalie has designed and facilitated programs for other clients including: Schering Plough, Con Edison, Stern & Assoc. Public Relations, R/GA Interactive Media, American Stock Exchange, Ace Financial Services, Proskauer Rose, Dewey & LeBoeuf, Weil, Gotshal & Manges, Willkie Farr & Gallagher, Fried, Frank, Harris, Shriver and Jacobson and Torys. In addition to her undergraduate degree, Natalie holds a M.S. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology.
